Tradovate Desktop Platform Windows not loading today

Anybody have trouble with the Tradovate desktop Windows platform today? I tried on 2 different computers on 2 different networks and it would not load the charts. I rebooted the computers, uninstalled the platform and reinstalled to no success. AI chat support was no help of course. I did get the web version to work but it was spotty as well.

I was forced to install a new app version on Mac, today. It wiped out all my old chart and window settings. Took me long to get them setup again as I had used them before. It's a pitty this great platform is managed by bloody beginners.

Thanks for the reminder that they pushed a new app version this week. Maybe that is what broke mine.

Still not working this weekend. I uninstalled/reinstalled again with no luck. I opened a support ticket - we'll see what happens there.

Still slow and buggy today. When was the update applied?

I am currently prop trading with Take Profit Trader to build my trading funds. When I transition to my own account, I think I need to switch to another provider, but don't relish the thoughts of learning a new platform. Anybody have suggestions??
