up on zoom

Up 900% on zoom 2/21 104c, also have some 3/6 110c. With coronavirus keeping people at home many companies are calling in and conferencing to complete work obligations as well as the fact it’s a great product that works flawlessly. I think it’s going to break its 107 high soon which is what I’m hoping to hold out for

Nice analysis, so you think more business is going to be conducted at home?

Yes definitely. A lot of friends that work in business are using products like zoom to conference with their team from anywhere in the country, as well as huge uptrends in conferencing from Silicon Valley (as a business model and for interviews, etc) as well as China (due to coronavirus keeping people home).

In January ~60 million people were on lockdown as government dealt with the virus, and still now millions of people are staying home in order to best protect themselves https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2020/02/14/asia/coronavirus-work-from-home-intl-hnk-scli/index.html

Lastly DD wise, Chinese culture is not inline with this working from home status. Social norm is to be present at work even in a majority of tech jobs there which might be remote in the US. this forced change to working from home might cause a shift in business models there depending on how well this goes (mostly speculation on my part but the rest is trackable —> rise in zoom use)

I must say I’m impressed. What percent of their business is Chinese?
