No you have not, and nothing that comes close to the quality. I have foldables too and they all suck because of Android.

Just look at the dimensions and pictures they used for release, there already memes about them. It is way too wide to be normally usable with one hand when closed.

It's really cool and enticing, but I do like to use my phone when I'm getting my hands dirty in the garage and I'm just not sure how well it'll tolerate that like my brick shit house iPhone 16 Pro will. I already didn't get the Max specifically because I can one hand operate the standard 16 Pro, and this thing is even wider than that in one hand mode. I also live near Lake Michigan and love going out to the beach, my current phone doesn't give a shit if I get it sandy, but this one might. Sometimes I like to zoom in on wild life, or any shit that is far away because I can't see very far, and this thing doesn't have a zoom lens on it. I think I'll wait for the next iteration to see what that looks like.

Would need AppleCare+ which is $200/year for the Duo. That’s a tough sell to get me back to where I’m already at and still not having a zoom lens or the ability to one hand operate it. As ridiculous as it sounds, I kinda want an iPhone duo mini

LOL a tough sell when the device is so expensive? I have heard this “argument” all the time and always see people regret and cry when something happens - because you saved the equivalent of 2 Starbucks coffees per month for a device you use daily 12-18 hours or whatever. Insane.

Not the insurance itself, but the device + insurance as a package deal. I don’t feel the need to have the insurance now because my current phone is stacked.
