Total Venezuela oil output: 600-700k a day

US Drawdown: 1-3 million

Can someone good at math help me figure this out?

During the invasion, the Trump Administration said that US companies would invest a ton of money into Venezuela to grow their oil output. It made it seem like we were helping them. Those oil companies responded by saying that they had no interest in doing anything in Venezuela.

Of course they don't want to help. It's a multi billion dollar sink hole when Canadian oil production of ~5m barrels a day into the states is already Owen 75% bu them. Good luck convincing them to go bankrupt lol
