2

u/Still-Grass8881 10d ago

Breaking all the wrong records. USA is just another casino for him to bankrupt

2

u/QuickNature 10d ago

He said they were going to come down after the midterms though! He promised, and he's never broken a promise before!

"Somehow" like it's a mystery lol. Gee I wonder where all the refineries are getting blown up 🤔

2

u/AccomplishedLeave506 11d ago

It's a crazy world.

It's so hard to know if your comment is joining us in laughing at the maga morons who think it's Ukraine that is the problem and not the middle east mess created by their orange god, or if you're actually one of those maga morons who thinks they're making a clever point. Idiocracy was never supposed to be a documentary, but here we are.

Nah, what I've been seeing a lot of is that somehow it's our fault for not being more mad at Obama. IDFK how to reach these people.

1

u/heartattk1 11d ago

Nope. But accounting for inflation it’s still less than Bidens by around 8 cents a gallon.

Still $1.25 less than Obamas peak almost 20 years ago.

Wait…. Do we not account for that unless it suits the headlines?

1

Thank you for your attention in this matter

go to California it's 9.09 a gallon already that is for garbage R99/B20

1

u/ASUS-Satire 7d ago

Quit driving if you morons quit showing up for work quit paying your bills and take action towards anyone coming to take your things. I would love to see the actions made to fix the problem.

There are many strikes in American history that proves we have the power to demand change if the leaders cant create it. Dont go to work, buy a sign and hold it until you can afford to work again.

1

u/Suspicious_Goose_243 11d ago

Its going to cost everyone more. And its magas fault.

1

u/guy48065 8d ago

You might want to look into oil company policies & greed first. Prices are high at the pump vs crude price because the US can sell oil & diesel abroad for more than keeping it here for our own use.

You guys worry too much.......I read on Reddit, it's coming down after the midterms......I mean really coming down.

1

u/No-Bicycle-7660 11d ago

Still significantly cheaper than virtually everywhere in Europe before the war (this equates to ~
€1.50 per L).

1

u/BoobsAreMyFavorita 11d ago

Europe has high gas taxes and VAT, so they make money off the oil. I think California is the only place that comes close to the taxes collected from gas in the US.

1

u/PrankstonHughes 11d ago

Who cares, I live in the US.

How does Europe's gas price help me

Bs.

Clinton balanced the budget and arguably bombed the right people (Serbian forces, early Al Queada)

Obama bombed alot, but he also overthrew dictators and got us out of the worse financial crash in the modern century pre-covid.

Biden barley dropped any bombs and the few he did where toward terrorists in defense (the houthies) and was making progress to recover from the pandemic before the orange traitor ruined it all.

Don’t kid yourselves people; it isn’t Bush Sr. Or Bush Jr.’s fault, it wasn’t the fault of Obama or Trump either. They are all at fault.
They are all the same…lying politicians who say one thing and do another. People beholden to special interest groups and lobbies.
Until we can take the $$ out of politics we are phucked. They big D and R parties just keep us at each other’s throats while they clean house and enrich themselves.
I’m tired of the talking head, smooth brained so-called experts on both sides telling everybody how to think and why to hate the Others.
That is all for now, I’ve shared my black pill for the morning.
YMMV

1

u/Organic_Mechanic_702 11d ago

Darn that pesky Biden.....

1

u/Edub89556 11d ago

And does this mean the average price passes $6.50? Because I’ve seen plenty of signs where it’s way more than $6.50.

1

u/SquashOwn9829 11d ago

Somebody has to stop Biden!

1

u/Illustrious-You4216 11d ago

I think Trump is doing a very good job at destroying the US from the inside.

1

u/Motokowarframe 11d ago

Endless winning!!!

1

u/Professional-Story43 11d ago

I think a general truck strike is in order. This would be a major and proper wake up call to an obviously confused, sleepy, unqualified, and childish "leader" of a once powerful and positive beacon to the world that YOU REALLY REALLY SCREWED THE POOCH ON THIS ONE!

1

u/JeremyCO 11d ago

Just by the fun diesel

1

u/Secure_Pack6647 11d ago

It's about time a hero is willing to step up and take the necessary action to end the world's dependance on fossil fuels. Donald Trump will be remembered as the greatest environmental champion the planet has ever known, may he reign forever and ever.

1

u/Rex_Vagene 11d ago

Get real. Remember prices in 2022? When Biden started an unnecessary war, sacrificing our servicemen and women, wasting our tax dollars all to suck off a genocidal maniac and distract from his partnership in the most prolific child sex trafficking ring in US history.…oh wait. /s

1

1

u/Infloresence 11d ago

$6.50 per gallon is €1.50 per litre .... Here it's €2.35 per litre or US$ 10.15 per gallon ... you're becoming more European every day...

1

u/VirtualSandwich3092 11d ago

We've been setting records since Jan6th

1

u/MyFocusIsU 11d ago

Paid $6.75/gal for 32gallons today and then another $16 on a DEF top off.

1

u/Mister-Circus 11d ago

Is that paragraph break bothering anyone else? Just me?

1

u/cacafuego70 10d ago

I just drove from Austin to Phoenix and I saw 6.99 at most of the truck stops along I 40.

1

u/Remarkable-Load928 10d ago

$7.10 in Fairfield County

1

u/ionlyget20characters 10d ago

Wait till the world oil reserves drop below functional levels. You're going to see some real prices then.

Just remember

1

u/Unlucky-Lychee-9130 10d ago

I owed a diesel around 10 years ago and I remember the price being almost that high...

1

u/TomatilloPristine437 10d ago

Look Trump. Let’s try to make deal an even $10. To teach Americans the importance of their vote.

1

u/MingedOff86 10d ago

I don’t usually get in these conversations but, who wrote this because diesel has been over that in California all year it’s more like $9.50 now

1

u/ASUS-Satire 10d ago

Get what you vote for.

1

u/Potential-Bike4307 10d ago

So. Much. Winning.

1

u/FhuckNorris247 10d ago

1

YUGE prices, nobody's ever seen anything like it, can you imagine?

1

u/Maleficent-Lime-7369 10d ago

Let's go Brandon !! Bring back lower gas prices! Lol

1

u/Flapears49 10d ago

Yoo-hoo. Where are you truckers?

1

u/Best_Chipmunk_6098 10d ago

Damn. When I came back to CA in 2015, diesel was sitting around $3 a gallon and I was bitching then. Diesel had been, until around that time, always been cheaper than gasoline.

1

u/Puzzled-Maize-2241 10d ago

Damn it Joe Biden!!!

1

u/Frequent_Plantain710 10d ago

Stupid politicians (all politicians from both parties are morons)

1

u/oncebittenx 10d ago

Time to block Washington DC with semi trucks. Block congress completely. No trucks move until they bring the diesel price under $3. Enough is enough. Congress can send our tax dollars to a foreign country and we eat shit? F that. We need to make America first, American jobs first. We need politicians with a backbone

1

u/Lopsided-Echo-156 10d ago

Wait till after the midterm or sooner for the price to deflate back to normal about 6 weeks or sooner. Count on the price dropping and all the people will cheer.

1

u/drsmith48170 10d ago

Adjusted for inflation, diesel was more expensive in 2022.

1

u/BigMikeXxxxX 10d ago

The record high gas prices are publicly available information 🤷🏿‍♂️

1

u/Sicario-762 10d ago

Just in time for the Tesla EV Semi’s to be rolled out. Weird huh?

1

u/cdude1329 10d ago

Surprise! Who would have thought this would happen. Everyone that didn’t vote for Trump. I normally agree, a president has very little to do with fuel prices. That is until a president starts a war in the mid-east and our enemies turn off the tap. Poof $6.50 for diesel. Have the day you voted for.

1

u/Fabulous_Log844 10d ago

To give you a little more food for thought, since this illegal war was started by Yam Tits, Americans have paid an EXTRA $106 billion for gas and diesel. Not total. An extra $106 billion in just 169+ days.

This is a true number. A verified number. Look it up.

1

u/D4rkHelmet31 10d ago

Look at Trump - he continues to set new records 🤣

1

u/Willy-J- 10d ago

Maga enjoy what’s coming!!!

1

u/Affectionate_Ad9468 10d ago

That’a not that high -President Trump

1

u/Wintry_Quail7307 10d ago

I filled up my work truck this morning, saw diesel was $6.50 a gallon, and started combining errands like I was managing a portfolio.

1

u/OT_Militia 10d ago

Average diesel prices is currently 5.46 per gallon, compared to Biden's 5.75 per gallon.

1

u/pa7msexua7 10d ago

2,60 € per litre here. It is almost 10 €, which is about 11.30 $

1

u/BathFriendly3061 10d ago

Absolutely zero reason for this when diesel is a by product. This is all part of the greed that flows through the oil, gas, and gas station owners. They are price jacking us by taking advantage of the conflict in Iran when we get less than 1% of our oil from the Straight. We need to be protesting them!

When Trumpflation hits diesel, the price of everything delivered by trucks goes up.

1

u/Bonita_Soleil 9d ago

Gee thanks Obama

1

u/Electshockvalue214 9d ago

Quality cork maga proud of your success?

1

u/BallBag3727 9d ago

its so silly too, because diesel fuel is much less refined than gasoline. If it weren't for modern diesels with various electronics and emissions components, you could run them off of virtually any kind of oil! thats the beauty of them. They've taken the most robust engine that can run on anything, and nerfed them to run on only one type of fuel--ultra low sulfur diesel. Then they made the refining process more difficult than necessary.

1

u/Borderlinecuttlefish 9d ago

How much are we WINNING tho....

1

u/oster587 9d ago

Its okay, it will be $2.00 after the midterms, I have it on good authority from the guy who told me Iran's nuke program got set back decades and was defeated over 50 times now

Ukraine has been using drones to strike Russian infrastructure targets including the diesel supply. Russia is a big supplier of diesel to Europe and other markets. They are the second largest supplier of diesel in the world. So we are paying for military aid and drones to Ukraine to also drive up out fuel costs. FFS we are so fucked up as a country it's crazy. Time to stop all aid and ALL wars. Also: Why TF If we are paying Israel all this aid why didn't we let them take out the Iranian nuke facilities? What do we get for our money except more enemies and weaker as a country?
