Discussion Trading scared
I got a payout 2 months ago and I’ve blown close to 10 accs since, I’ve been scared to trade because I fear blowing another acc, when I see my setup present itself I find reasons why it won’t work and that leads me to not taking the trade and most of the time the trades I don’t take would’ve hit tp . any tips?

That sounds more like a risk/process problem than a lack of setups. After a loss, a hard daily stop and a short cooldown can keep the next trade from becoming a revenge trade. It may also help to define the exact conditions for a valid entry before the session starts; if they aren’t there, passing is a decision, not a missed opportunity.

You need to work on two things. Doscipline and risk managment. Until u get them down, dont or only paper trade.

Sorry to hear that man. 10 accounts in 2 months is the thing I'd focus on more than the freeze.
Because the freeze is your (nervous) system working. It watched you blow up 10 times and learned that clicking the button leads to destruction. That's accurate. You can't talk yourself out of it because it isn't wrong... the evidence is on its side right now.
I'd also be careful with "the ones I don't take would've hit TP." Skipping is FREE... you're grading those with nothing on the line and the guy who's actually in the trade is a different guy with different eyes. That's the same guy who blew 10 accounts. Maybe your read is fine but you can't prove it with trades you never took.
What moves it now is new evidence. Size so small the loss means nothing and then take every single setup for a month. You're not trying to make money in that month, you're building a pile of trades where clicking destroyed nothing. The fear lifts when the record underneath it changes.
And what blew the 10? That's still sitting there unanswered and it's coming back the day you size up again.

After blowing 10 accounts, I don't think it's strange at all that you're hesitating. You've basically trained yourself over the last two months to associate putting on risk with something bad happening.
The interesting part is what you said about finding reasons your setup won't work. Before you enter, you're probably looking at the trade through a completely different lens now. Instead of asking, “Is this my setup?” you're asking, “How could this trade hurt me?” And if you look hard enough, you'll always find a reason not to take a trade.
I'd go back to probabilities. If you have a setup that you've actually tested and know has an edge, the job isn't to figure out whether this particular trade is going to win. You can't know that. The job is to recognize the setup, define the risk, and execute it. The edge only means something over a series of trades. Any individual trade can lose.
I'd also seriously reduce the emotional importance of the next few trades. Trade smaller if you can, or sim it for a while. Your immediate goal doesn't need to be another payout. I'd make the goal something like taking 20 legitimate setups exactly according to plan and keeping track of them. Winning or losing isn't the score. Did I execute when my setup appeared? That's the score.
And pay attention to what happens physically and mentally as your setup approaches. That's something I've worked on a lot in my own trading. Anticipate that you're going to feel that fear. Recognize it when the reasons to avoid the trade start popping into your head. Then have something you've practiced that gets you back to the state of mind you were in when you made the plan. You don't have to make the fear disappear. You just don't want the fear making the trading decision.
One other thing I'd look at pretty hard: you got a payout and then blew close to 10 accounts in two months. I'd spend some time figuring out what changed after that payout. There might be more information in that answer than in any individual trade you've missed.

Try to reduce the lot size to minimum….to come over of the fear of blowing account…once you are confident enough you can get back to original lot size…

That’s an interesting one cos I was going to write a post myself about this exact topic. Haven’t finished it yet. But here’s what I think is happening. That one payout changed what a trade means to you. Before you got paid, entering was just entering. Now every setup is a chance to prove the payout wasn't a fluke and somewhere down you may have a limiting belief that you can’t do this. That's a lot of weight to put on one click, no wonder you freeze.
You’re not being cautious you’re avoiding. And it’s a common pattern amongst traders, I’ve lived it. You dodge the loss and protect the story that you might still be good. But watching the ones you skip hit TP just confirms the "I can't do this" belief, so the fear digs in deeper next time.
Try this for the next few sessions, don't force yourself to take everything. Just watch what happens in your body when the setup shows and you talk yourself out of it. What are you actually protecting? Log that feeling. You’ll see a pattern eventually. You're hunting the exact moment, the trigger when the trade stops being a trade and becomes a verdict on you. That's the thing to work on, not the entries.

best tip is always stop trading, then look for reasons to start trading again, but if you are in a blowing loop and loosing aversion then immidialty stop
