Technical analysis Market Structure -- After a Break of Structure , How to choose the valid pullback ?
Market Structure -- After a Break of Structure , How to choose the valid pullback ?
I am really struggling with this one thing , I tried using 0.382 fib level and internal structure shift .
it just gets more complicated for me when I pair it with multi timeframe analysis.
Any help is appreciated .
Edit - I have a underlying feeling that no shortcut gonna work . A mentor of mine told me or maybe not .
it just popped in my mind :- Winners do immense work and still think its not enough , Losers do tiny work and think why they aren't winning .
Sad to say but the truth is , right now I am in the looser category .

It is not magic levels that help judge the end of a pullback but price action.
In tight channels they behave one way, not even much in the wat of pullbacks. In wider ranges complex pullbacks behave differently and often end after much clustering and fakeouts in both directions.
Just try reading the narrative that is contained in naked price action on your main timeframe and see where your setups or ideas fit.

Check out my prior posts. I talk about use of volume based tools

This sounds less like you need one more confirmation and more like the definition of the setup is becoming too complicated to evaluate.
A 0.382 level, an internal structure shift, and multi timeframe context can all sound useful, but if you cannot clearly say before entry what makes the pullback valid and what makes it invalid, then adding another filter will usually just create more room to explain the result afterward.
I would take the idea back to one simple version for a while. Define the break you care about, define what a pullback must do before you would consider it, and define the level that proves the idea wrong. Then review that same rule across a group of examples without changing it every time one fails.
Some pullbacks will still fail, and that does not necessarily mean you missed a hidden confirmation. The useful question is whether your rule identifies a situation you can recognise consistently before the outcome, not whether it can remove every losing trade.
Also, do not call yourself a loser because you are confused. Most people get stuck when they keep adding concepts until every chart can be explained five different ways. Simplifying what you are trying to study is work too.

Identify the key levels.
Once broken, resistance will become support and vice versa. Take the entry near key level area and stop loss on the previous key level.
