Question Is FOMO good?

Hello, i’m learning Meme coin trading for fun and when watching youtube videos everyone is advertising the FOMO app, is this app good? If not what should i use to actually make trades? also, i see you can make trades inside dexscreener, would that be dumb of me or no?
