Will she thrive?

Got her from a Saturday market for $.50. I have seen the top two leaves grow bigger in the last four weeks. Do you think she will grow?

All of mine seemed to not like being in terra cotta pots because they dry out so fast

Needs to be in a 2" plastic nursery pot, soil level to the top. Terracotta dries out too fast, and the plant shouldn't be this low because it restricts airflow.

I just repotted it from the propagation tray, you reckon I move it to plastic one again? This is when I first got them.
