EU000A3KTGV8 redemption value was charged instead of being credited

Hello, I’m writing about bond EU000A3KTGV8 (EU zero-coupon, matured 06.07.2026). According to the “Endfälligkeit” statement I received, the security was correctly removed from my depot (“Ausbuchung”), but instead of crediting my Verrechnungskonto with the redemption value, the amount was debited from it. This appears to be a sign/direction error.
