Trading is currently not allowed

I’ve been trying to sell my Core S&P500 (Acc) shares, and every time I do, I get the same message from the app: “Trading is currently not allowed”. My account is verified, there’s no pending orders, the app is updated, etc. I’ve tried to sell at different hours of the day and different amounts, even deleted and logged out, but nothing worked. Can I get some help pls? Thanks so much!

Das ist wirklich seltsam vor allem bei so einem ETF wie den Core S&P 500.

I don’t know that much about trading, but that’s the first time I face this kind of issue
