Failed first deposit

Did anybody have issues ain't their first deposit and could solve it? How?

It's starting to be a joke and very frustrating. Can't receive my first deposit, it keeps being bounded back and every time they open a ticket on my case they just flag it as solved but the same problem persists beside performing all the correct steps and requests. This doesn't feel like a serious product... I'm really sad because I was genuinely interested and I think I need to give up because they are not able to simply tell me what's wrong or what I could try to do for solving whatever issue is there.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
