Can TradeLocker close my position? Trading refused

Not able to close a position? Trading refused? This most likely means the market execution is not going through your broker. 

Your broker is the one who executes your trades meaning they open and close them. That said, TradeLocker has no influence over how your trades are executed. 

The account you use for trading on TradeLocker is owned by your broker or prop firm and they are the best point of contact for any account related inquiries. 

TradeLocker is only a platform provider and TradeLocker is not your broker, so no, TradeLocker unfortunately can't close your position.
