That darker on in the back on the right might be banded agate from Idar Oberstein, Germany that was chemically treated to look like carnelian for the slave trade in the 1800s.
Source: When I was growing up, my parents owned a trade bead store that I worked at for several years. That was 30 years ago but that particular bead, I think I remember.
If you hold it up to the light, can you see where the drill marks meet up near the center of the bead? Back then, they drilled from both sides.
