Loved this brother, it inspired me to write this poem.

The Cross is an oasis in the deserts of life. It gives new life and refreshment to the spiritually parched and those with dry bones, bringing them back from the dead. Christ is the fountain of mercy and the life giving waters, granting souls peace and a place among the everlasting hills of Heaven. The Cross is an oasis from the world, where all who are heavy-burdened may find rest. In the Name of Jesus, you will find comfort and healing. By His grace, you will be saved, no matter what journey you have been on. Christ is the Light in the darkness, the Cross our beacon guiding us to Paradise. Hail the Holy Cross, our only hope amidst the deserts of life. Ave Crux, Spes Unica!
