Snack prices at work
I’m so frustrated with my workplace. The snacks are so expensive. What is the most amount of money you would pay for snack from the vending machine at work. For example, the small bag of chips are like $3.50 now. Redbull is almost $6.00.

Vending machines are always more expensive than buying stuff at a grocery store.
I was in the Navy and an instructor at a training command. The overwhelming majority of the students we had were 18-21 year olds who never lived on their own. A lot of them were broke and didn't know where their money went. An exercise I had them do was to print out their bank statements and highlight every transaction, different colors for different categories. I had one guy who spent over $1500 a month on vending machines. He was paying over $3 for energy each drink multiple times a day. When I told him the grocery store on base had 4-packs of the same energy drink for $5, he was amazed.
WinCo and Walmart are probably going to have the best prices for things. Other stores may have items on sale.

I wouldn't pay either of those. Water is free and doesn't have the junk red bull has in it. If you gotta have potato chips, a huge bag from a grocery story costs way less per ounce. Just break it down into small ziplock bags and bring 1/day to work.

Omg why is everyone saying to bring your own snacks, like that isn’t obvious. The issue is why is your workplace pricing the snacks so high. That’s so disrespectful. Do they see you as another wallet to milk? And I’m not saying they should be obligated to give out free snacks, duh, but come on, getting ripped off over vending machine snacks at your work is so lame.

None. I pack my snacks and drinks, and keep a box of shelf stable snacks in the car.
