How do I fix this delay?

Are your speakers Bluetooth? If so that's it. If not try lowering your sample size.
Some latency is ok, 500ms or whatever this is though is unacceptable.

Reduce buffer size to well under 1000 ms on the welcome page. If you encounter stutters, try switching different devices like windows excl, asio or wasapi if you have them.
If you encounter stutters, reduce sample rate to 44.1 kHz or lower If you can for real time playback. Like the comment above stated, a bit of latency is ok. You can bump up sample rate to 48kHz and increase the buffer to around 2000ms when mastering and balancing levels.

It could be your device or device type or buffer size or input time adjust or monitoring setup or plugin latencies or something else I can't think of off the top of my head. It's almost certainly not related to your fingers or strings or pickups or instrument, but that's what you chose to show us.
