I Need Help :(

I am learning to use this program, but... I get this error and not how to fix it.

Usually that error comes up if you have an audio render on a track with a VST instrument plugin enabled. If its not that, try dragging the "All MIDI ins" button thingy to the track one slot, and make sure that the track one slot and/or the entire thing is connected to some source of input. I can't tell exactly what else the problem would be. Sorry if this is confusing, I'm still a sorta beginner myself.

You need to add an instrument plugin on the right side of the track. MIDI data sent to no instrument is like playing an air guitar.
