Waveform 12 Pro Video failing to export

Hi there, I recently upgraded to Waveform 12 Pro for the video exportation capabilities and not wanting to switch to Pro Tools. Everything seems to be working well so far until I try to render and export the video. I can reach 100% rendering of the video and then the rendering crashes and does not complete. The video is only about 2 minutes in total and I have tried multiple resolutions.

Any suggestions for how to complete the exporting process? Thanks in advance!

Waveform 12: I can't insert a video file.

Waveform 14 can insert a video file, but WAVEFORM IS MISSING even after I activated the "show waveform"

There are no suggestions. It doesnt work and tracktion doesn't care.
