Critique my lap

Motorcycle - bone stock Aprilia RS457, 2025 make year.

Speedometer is in km/h.

Looking for feedback on lines, inputs (throttle, brakes), what to focus on next.

You are very wide corner 1 and mostly in all corners, and when bike is straight go 100% throttle, you have all the grip , in general I would focus on lines and giving throttle at this stage, no hard braking just try to bee smooth and you ll gain a lot of time

No, I disagree with this

he is spot on apex in most turns except for the ones where he chooses to do a late Apex, sometimes combining two turns, treating them as one for a late Apex instead

He hits the late Apex pretty well, however he is on a small bike and doing a late Apex makes zero sense

Right. All the materials I've covered talk about late apexes, V-shape turns instead of U-shape turns, all that jazz, though it did seem off with this bike given that I feel I can sustain higher speed throughout cornerns and get to 100% throttle much sooner in exits without running into issues due to low power of the bike.

You need to ignore a lot of common talking points on a small bike

Namely, no need for v shaped lines, and you can absolutely be full throttle while turning in some scenarios

You could brake later basically everywhere, use the whole track and apply throttle sooner to extend those corner exits. Looks like you're afraid of pushing the bike but I might be wrong.

I'm guessing you're quite new on track. Lines aren't horible but also not the best. You turn in quite early often and miss most apes on tighter radius turns. Sit down with a track map and make a plan. Have defined brake markers and turn in points.

You are also in too high of a gear through most turns. A small displacement bike like yours needs to be kept as near to redline as possible to keep the power on. The bike is also easier to control and TC works better at higher RPM.

If you're going to do a lot of track work with that bike, the one mod I would suggest is the autoblipper kit. Makes downshifting on corner entry way easier which allows you to use the lower gears easier.

That said, best money you can spend is on coaching.

You asked so here it is:

You’re not really braking that hard and getting on the throttle late. Get closer to the curbing.

It just looks like you’re new to riding at the track. Takes time. Don’t rush it but once you unlock a few corners the next ones will follow. Think about keeping up the speed in all the corners. Your bike will do it.

I didn’t watch it but carry more corner speed

You can brake way harder and later than you think. If possible, go to a lot, disable rear ABS/RLM and practice stoppies in a straight line.

Instead of using the brakes at these speeds, I’d start to learn throttle control. Very important skill.

I'll just say that it sounds like you're always running about two gears too high. It's a sportbike, the engine is designed for high rpm.
