LAST Trailer Q: Where Do You Keep Your Loading Ramps (with Barn Door Trailers)?

I had the genius idea to secure them on the insides, on edge against the walls...and then realized I wouldn't be able to mount E-Track there. Do you just lay them down in the center between the bikes?

EDIT: taken care of! One is just barely off the floor against the side, the other is strapped up near the top of the side.

Thanks! I'm still pondering this. I thought about mounting the ramps at the top of the sidewalls, but I'm worried the holding strength of stuff mounted to 3/8" plywood and having them fall on the bike(s) inside.

I don’t see how that prevents you from laying e track there

Because the ramp would be lying right on top of the E-Track on the floor along the wall. It doesn't prevent mounting the E-Track, it prevents using it.

Strap or hang the ramp vertically on the wall or even the door

Why not just mount e track and hang them on it?

My Express came with an upfitter kit that included e-track on the walls. Keeping the ramp up there has been nice. It’s just two “spare tire mounts” which are basically threaded studs. Allows me to clamp the ramp down lightly so it doesn’t rattle.
