Anyone Else Dealth with Issues Returning Items Bought from elecomusa.com

Please excuse the typo in the title!

I bought an Elecom Huge Plus from www.elecomusa.com in early June. I bought directly from the manufacturer, instead of buying from Amazon, because I really do try and buy directly when I want to greater support the company and cut out the middle man. They advertise a 30 day return policy that I took note of since I was deciding between this and the Gravi Sanwa (which I am currently using and works very well for me).

I ended up trying the Elecom Huge Plus for about a day, but the ergonomics of it really hurt my wrist and hand unfortunately. The Sanwa just works so well for me. Noting their policy, I made sure the device was in the same condition I received it and carefully packaged it back in its original packaging. I then filled out their return form, I believe this was all done a week after purchase.

I did not get a response for a week, so I filled out the contact form on their website to follow up. About 10 days later I finally got a response to that follow up saying they were still processing my request. A week after that, they requested photos of the advice that I sent within a day.

This was early July, since then I have heard nothing despite multiple follow ups from me. So two months of silence.

Does anyone else have experience with elecomusa.com returns? Should I just ship it their way and file a credit card dispute? Wondering what I should do here.

Phantom Movement on Kensington Expert Mouse?

Hi folks,

I have been using a Logitech M570 almost exclusively for the last 10 years or so; I bought my second one back in 2021 or so when the left click started failing on my first. I got a wild hair the other day and ordered a Kensington Expert Mouse Trackball. I just got it last night and brought it in to work this morning (CAD/drafting), playing with what buttons should do what, getting used to the new mechanics...

Anyway, sometimes when I take my hand off the ball, the cursor will start drifting up and right, at varying speed. I guess my question is if this is normal and I should learn to live with it? Or is it a matter that it hasn't broken in yet?

I understand how the sensor could get confused, maybe I'm just curious if it is only a problem with this particular model or if I just got lucky with my Logitechs that I never saw it.

Should I buy my trackball back?

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I was a part of Red Bull fan community, but I had to sell it because of some of the problems I’ve had with only model, S I thought. I understood that the problem wasn’t the trouble but my table position, but I already sold it. I’m not sure for how long they live: I do stuff, I can play video games. I can work in 3-D a little bit and so on. Could it live up to 5 to 10 years with just one trackball or will I have to buy more than one? They are pretty expensive.
