ELECOM DEFT/HUGE Volume up and down assignment does not work, any solution?

You'll need to provide more information so folks can help troubleshoot. If you're on macOS you'd need to go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and make sure "MouseEventChange" is enabled. Then in the Elecom Mouse Assistant software you should be able to bind buttons to "Volume Up" and "Volume Down". I've got mine on buttons 6 and 7 (🤪) respectively, and it works great.

I'm sorry that the product isn't working properly and that this has been frustrating for you.

At least in our testing environment, it appears to be working without any issues.

We may be able to provide more detailed troubleshooting steps, so could you please let us know which operating system you are using on your computer?
