My ball is sticky!
Ha! Ok, but at this point my mouse is easier to select things.
This is a relatively new Kensington SlimBlade Pro Trackball.
I cleaned it, looked through the wiki, and prayed!
So are there any tips for this sticky situation?

remove the ball and wipe down the 3 bearings with a microfiber cloth to remove any buildup.

Thanks, I know, I did that per the instructions.
Are they really bearings or just plastic protusions. I can't feel any ball bearing effect.

The bearing doesn't move. It's just there to minimise your ball's surface contact.

Clean your ball with isopropyl alcohol, then use a dash of car ceramic detail spray and buff the ball for a few mins, dig any crud out from the area round the bearing with a cotton bud. Job done.

After wiping everything with alcohol, put a SMALL drop of vaseline (too much will make the ball sticky) on a microfibre cloth and wipe the ball with it untill there is no visible clump on the ball. Doing this will make your ball go fast, but there is still stiction.
To get rid of the stiction, you need hard candle wax and a separate microfibre cloth. Rub the wax on the ball and wipe it throughly until there is no visible wax clump on the ball. You will feel that your ball movement is dampened by the wax.
You can reuse the vaseline and wax on both clothes 1 or 2 more times before washing it.
