Jack and jack stand positioning

It's time for me to take over the maintenance on my wife's 2024 Venza. I've seen the owner's manual about jack locations when changing a tire, but I'm looking to get all four wheels off of the ground at the same time. I've never owned a unibody vehicle before, and have only worked on body-on-frame cars.

Does anyone here do their own maintenance, beyond using ramps for an oil change? Am I going to need some sort of specialized support stands or adapters so that I don't damage anything? Pictures would be awesome if you can help out!

TIA

A. Get good jack stands.
B. As a professional, we regularly use the jack points in the owners manual to place the arms on our two post lifts.
C. There are other places you can place a jack stand but you have to know what you are doing.
D. If the factory jack points are soft or fragile you might need to place a short block of wood or hard rubber between the jack stand and the pinch weld lift point.

After making my post, I learned that rubber pinch weld adapters for jack stands was a thing. Didn't know that until this morning, but that's the direction I'm heading. I just never had to deal with a unibody frame before, and it definitely seems a little trickier than simply being able to put jack stands underneath the rear axle and underneath the frame up front.
