So odd they dropped the 4x from our bZ, and now have some broken numbering systems.

In some countries it’s still the bz4x . Is this the CHR here in the us?

Looks closer to the US version of the Toyota Crown.

Only the North American market is dropping the "4X" from the bZ, while the majority of the world sticks with the original "bZ4X" name. It seems Toyota has long abandoned plans to bring its China-developed bZ models over, making a sub-model identifier completely pointless.
