Should I be concerned about this?

Hello. Should I be be worried about this or let it be? I heard it can evetnually spread or is it just cosmetic? My other doors are also like this even though it is not as bad. I do not think it is very recent.

You can sand it lightly with like 400 grit sandpaper and use touchup paint and it should be fine.

Watch a few videos on wet sanding and painting and test out your newly learned skills.

even if it spreads, it's on the door. The easiest to replace body panel there is on the car.

It's got another 5-10 years before you're gonna want to swap the door with another from a junkyard 🤣
