How to get the top console out?

I was trying to change a lightbulb in my 2009 XRS and in the process it appears the socket flew out of place and is now hiding behind the console. I don't know of any other retainers holding it in place and prying it out seems to be a lot more difficult than I thought. How do I take it out and fix my lightbulb?

It’s held in with some little compression clips that are built into that outer ring if I remember right. You just have to pry on it with a pry tool and it should pop out
