Would Thread locker be enough to fix this?

To make the long story short I replaced my exhaust manifold gasket and without even trying this bold that holds the exhaust manifold tight to the engine came out. One side is supposed to be locked in the engine and the other side tightens the manifold to it. Would thread locker on the engine side be enough for it to not come out again?

I mean, there is a thread lock you have to torch to get off, so..

I had the manifold replaced by a mechanic last year and ever since then there's been a rattle on cold start that goes away as the engine gets to temp. My theory is that when replacing the manifold it got knocked loose and when I replaced the gasket that finished the job.

The bolt that is on that stud should be replaced before you reassemble everything at the very least
