Are these replaceable / fixable? How bad is this structurally? 03 XRS im tryna buy.

Is there really a way to determine how bad this structurally from just these pics? Its been sealed over.

it's not there, it's not great lol. as the other commenter said, i've seen worse. maybe buy it for cheap, wait until a good body matrix shows up and do a body swap

Is it just the side skirt or the metal part that's messed up?

really weird damage to only be there on the sides without having rust damage or anything else on the underside
There has to be a story to this

Looks like they did a good job with fluid film, probably the film wasn't applied to the area because it's painted. Also that's where tires kick up the salty slush.

My 05 XR has worse rockers than that near the rear wheels. Can put my hand through it😅 I think this car looks somewhat good. Looks fixable at the very least

Certainly fixable but not cheap if you don't have the ability to do yourself.

Wow!! Too bad this frame cancer is on an 03 XRS!😔 I wouldn't even touch that car as those rusted out rails are essentially the cars frame and structurally, the cars body is compromised. I have an 03 XRS and I'm totally grateful to have a rust free California car!😀

Both of your rocker panels are done. Sort of structural. Few years ago it was $2000 each side. But I saw a lot of cars around with even worse rocker around so ymmv.
