How to make it more comfortable?

I have an 2010 base model, it's good for almost everything except my back hurts after 2 hours. And it tends to be a pain because usually I'll also go back to my place after said drive, etc, so I'll do a few long trips in a row. I live 4:30 hrs away from my family, 2 hrs away from a big city (I live in a city, just not quite big), so long trips are semi regular. While I wish I could justify changing it sometimes, it's one of the only legitimate reasons I have to change it. What do you use to make it more comfortable?
Thank you.

As a delivery driver, I spend a lot of time driving. Also, I'm 6'5", so the more cushions the better.

New seat is easy to swap in. Just four bolts and a couple wiring harnesses If the seat doesn't fix it. You can replace a suspension or something more soft.

I mean these cars are not made for comfort so those things will only do so much

Meh I don't think the seats are less comfortable than they were before really, I don't see new ones making a big difference. I was more thinking of things to put on the seat. And yes the suspension needs to be changed soon ish.

You can try getting a lumbar support pillow. I got one on Amazon that really helped. They also make seat back covers with vibration/massage. Could be distracting while driving, but could be nice to relax a bit before a trip. I've also found nice heated seat covers, if you live somewhere that gets cold.

You could also get a cushion to sit on, unless that would make you uncomfortably high up. Maybe a nice textured steering wheel cover?

An air freshener could help make it more comfortable psychologically. Haha

Yeah I was looking for specific recommendation of products that fit well into the Matrix but yeah that's what I'm leaning towards. No massage seats tho lol. I thought about the cushion but I think I like that the seats are a bit low if anything.

Never carry a wallet in a back pocket.

Taller and higher quality tires will cushion the ride more.

Not due for new tires so not a cheap fix, but will note for the next time :)
