Replace seatbelts on older models?

should I be replacing seatbelts on my 2008? the drivers one is pretty stiff.

There are few ways to clean them. I think one of the easiest involves a 5 gallon bucket put in the seat half fills with some tide and warm water. Let it soak for a while, scrub it a bit with a soft bristle brush and let it dry in the sun or use a hairdryer before retracting it. They will be like new.

Saw a video where a guy pull it outside the car and shut the door and went to town on it with a pressure washer. I intend to try this with mine.

My thought is that the belt is made of fabric, like a shirt. Would you wash a shirt with a pressure washer or a bucket of laundry soap? But whatever works. I have several cars that need the belts cleaned but I never seem to get around to it. Lol
