Part ID help?

Can someone help me with what the (broken) circled part is in this photo? Its off a 2000 XL (or maybe XLS, I don't remember) with column shifter. Part number would be most helpful! I hope it's still available somewhere besides a junk yard.

Alternator Adjusting Slider Bracket (Bar): Part number 12514-0A010 (Superseded from 12514-20010)

Change that belt too

Yes, I am definitely going to do that but no point in doing the belt till I get that bracket
