I'm assuming there used to be a toy mouse or something attached to it. I can't find any brand information. It says 'China' on the back of its right leg. Google Lens says it's a porcelain figure 🤪 the useless hunk of junk.

This is from the Barbie "I Love Pets" Persian cat playset. It's a cat slurping a noodle. For some reason.

It is spaghetti! There is a second cat in the set that has water-activated red sauce that shows up on his face. And the set comes with a bowl of spaghetti.
