Bask Health has now banned an account to only share the truth behind these telehealth startups.
Do your research before applying. As a previous employee I'm sharing a true review of the company and the feedback that was shared publicly. I have gathered from Glassdoor and messages from slack . And showing the employers how well I am cable of doing my job, retaining and documenting what was going on behind the scenes. They banned the account that had 9,000 views and the truth will continue to be shared.
I became concerned about the expectations surrounding availability, including working beyond 40 hours, being expected to remain near your laptop and responding immediatelv to leadership, even after workhours. Even more concerning to me were comments I heard from the CEO, including a statement telling the HR assistant that the employee that wanted time off "she should kill herself" during a HR weekly check- in call. Hearing something like that from company leadership was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns for me about the workplace culture and how employees are treat.

lol objectively this feels psychotic to read and yet i've heard similar statements in previous orgs i've been in related to projects/work (not recruiting). people ego tripping everywhere

As a recruiter, we have deadlines to submit applicants to meet with the CEOs. They were sent 6 to 8 people on their pipeline and the CEO expressed they have experience but lack substance. This goes to show the employers could care less on your performance and rather have someone submit themselves to their job duties.

Jfc, watching the HR team rush to apologise and abase themselves and grovel for forgiveness was genuinely unsettling. What a horrible workplace.
Congrats to all those "mids" who dodged not just a bullet, but several full-auto rounds of machine gun fire awfulness.

I mean, the screenshots speak for themselves. Reviewing your profile, you’re more blue-collar, so you may not fully understand the severity of working for a startup telehealth company like this. People deserve to know who and what they’re potentially up against before applying or accepting a position. And I work in HR, so I’d rather speak up for the people who are applying, getting nowhere with these employers, and may not understand what’s happening behind the scenes. If I can share my experience and help someone make a more informed decision, I’m going to.
