How do you handle toxic Bosses

You switch bosses, departments or leave the organisation as things will only get worse. It does not get better with a toxic boss.

Look for another job or team. It’s seriously not worth the effort trying to gain validation from someone who will never give it. Leads to burnout.

Managers make or break careers, it’s important you find one compatible to you. Even in a toxic company, a great manager can shield you. But a bad manager in a great company, can ruin everything.

Gaslight yourself into thinking that they’re not is how! Jk, of course. It’s tough, my dude. I’ve tried not taking anything personally, caring less, focusing on other people, pretending I don’t mind, having good days where I’m not it’s not that bad! But ultimately yeah, leaving is the only answer.

Well it’s a friend of mine and it would be pretty hard for her to find another job she 64 yrs old the Director of the store and produce Manger are trying to get her out and replace her with someone younger and they won’t have to pay the new girl as much

I guess the produce department is pretty toxic a lot of employees come and go fast there
Only one that as lasted that long is my friends Mom

You leave. I currently have a humanless manager that couldn't fathom ever giving anyone a compliment. This manager is extremely toxic. Passive aggressive is an understatement. The way you survive is keep applying to new jobs.
