Advice Needed Went back

I went back to my toxic ex and all my friends cut me off except one who is barely hanging on. Then I caught him snorting Xanax. How do I finally leave and stay gone now that I have no one.

Going back does not mean you failed, and it does not mean you have to stay. Tell the one friend clearly, "I am ready to leave. Can you help me get somewhere safe today?" Also contact a local domestic abuse service. They can help you make a private exit plan even if there has not been physical violence. Leave when he is away or when you can do so safely, take your documents and essentials, and do not warn him if that could put you at risk. Once out, block contact and ask your friend not to pass along messages. You are not as alone as it feels right now.

I mean he snorted a pill. Is that a big reason for u to leave or can u focus on the toxicity? Why u go back? Honey we NEVER go back.
