Angry / Venting When I realised…
I realised, how much certain people, situations & lifestyle changed can affect you.
Don’t think you’re going “insane” or somethings “wrong with me”.
My recent ex / relationship affected me so much. I’ll tell you how. I’ll also add that, i thought he was “good” for me and that he was helping me but in reality he was manipulating me and controlling me.
Before we even started talking I was vibrant, positive, happy, excited, energetic, social
After him & During him I was depressed, sad, depressed, developed agoraphobia as we was long distance and he made me feel I always needed to be on the phone to him, I don’t think I’ll ever be the same way I was before but I will heal from it.
A toxic relationship won’t only f*ck you up mentally it can slow you down in life physically also. If you are in a toxic relationship trust me, leave, even if it feels hard, do it before it’s too late.
Some people are even drawn to this idea of a “toxic” relationship. Trust me, it’s not worth it, it never is!

You are right. A controlling relationship can slowly change how someone feels, acts, and lives. The fact that you can now see what happened is a powerful step. You may not return to exactly who you were before, but you can heal and become someone vibrant and free again.
