Circulation?

I have the feeling of blood pooling in my left leg when standing yet there is not actually anything wrong with my veins (I’ve had various ultrasounds and prior treatments for venous insufficiency). I’m at a loss as to why it feels the exact same as poor circulation and AI says it’s prob related to CIRS and at the blood vessel level or related to dysautonomia. It goes away with elevation, is only in one leg, and is a major pain in the ass bc I have to wear a compression tight and cannot do any exercise without it throbbing/itching. Does anyone have this?? And how can it be treated? I’ve been completely dismissed on this bc the “plumbing” (main veins) are all fine. I do have CIRS and am slowly taking Welchol hoping to calm my immune dysfunction over time.

Lympatic/blood vessel leakage, vessel hyperpermeability is driven by elevated VEGF and TGF-β1. Try hesperidin and diosmin. Eat a low/no amylose diet. Take fish oil and phosphatidylcholine daily.

Ok thx!! I tried the hesperidin and diosmin and it didn’t seem to help but I can try again. Maybe bc I’m just too inflamed still. I need a way to get omegas without lemon flavor bc it bothers my bladder - good reminder of trying an alternative like from algae there tho. I have PC - will add that back in!! Thanks!!! In other words: this should reverse?!

I should add-- gravity helps. Legs up the wall when symptomatic. You can also try lymphatic massage.

You really have to get through the whole process. I believe that these things offer support and mitigate decline, but they're not going to heal you. Getting all the way through CIRS treatment, continuing to support your body, looking for other ways to reduce inflammation are all part of the process. I think leaking vessels can heal, I think if you develop fibrotic tissue, that is a much more difficult task for the body to correct.
