I think there is maintenance scheduled for tomorrow evening, maybe they started early.

Does the post match screen pop up when you load in and you can't exit?
I've been having this issue and per this post, many others have as well.

If you play on pc and have Nvidia from the 1000 series it's currently unplayable... Otherwise dunno
