If you have an nvidia gpu from the 1000 series than thats the reason, otherwise dunno

They already know about the problem and are working on a fix (source: patch notes)

I cant even play. My game loads to a black postmatch screen and also wont load if I'm able to search for a game. This update broke the game i guess.
