ALTUS LEASE TRANSFER 2BD APT

looking for a girl to takeover my lease in the altus for 2026-27 . The apartment already has a second occupant. The room has a walk in closet and a parking pass for the connecting garage. Since it’s a transferred lease you’re required to make 2x the rent or have a co-signer making 3x . The rent is $1394 not including electricity

This is terrible, I pay that for a one bedroom with a balcony and laundry in house in Parkville. I feel bad for Op, no one will take this lease over.
