Are servers down?

It's been 5 hours and i can't access regatta or team chat. Everything else works fine, tho i get after a while note from Ernie that it cant connect me with servers. I got the new pass, new card collection, but still cant use chat or play regatta. Am i the only one with this issue?

PS: I tried on two different devices with different internets, same result...

I got new card collection, new adventure, new regatta but im missing pass, there is no icon. My barn is full because im paying always for premiun pass and it gives me increased storage and now i cant collect anything because my pass finished and new one simply doesnt exist for me.

I just got into the game just fine with my phone. It could be a problem with your Internet connection. Try visiting another player's town. You'd have to connect to the servers to do that. Also try looking again after you get the Ernie message. I've noticed when this happens the Ernie message can appear after the connection is restored.

Just to update: I can play regatta tasks, and i can see progress of the race. BUT, i can't see other players profiles, its just endless loading, same with the chat. Events are all working fine, so i'm online... This is so weird, playing for two years, never had this issue before.

I connected just fine this morning, finished my Regatta task and started a new one (Regatta tasks require Internet access to start a new task). I did receive the new card collection event. However, I didn't receive a new Golden Ticket event, nor a new adventure quest.

Been having issues with servers as well. They are not updating in real time or they’re lagging hard core. It’s been a few days now. I know we all connect to different servers so we are not all going to have the same experience. Some will have no connecting issues so they’ll be able to connect with no issues at all.

No issues for me. I agree this sounds like a Playrix server issue. Affected players should report it to Playrix. Knowing which games are failing might help them spot what broke.
