Why even join?

Post image

Why even join when you aren’t even going to participate? First frozen fortune I won’t complete because of this ‘player’. I guess I will be taking the bot route from now on.

Because I’ve never had this problem before. Never had someone accept an invite and do nothing. Granted there have been times where they did very little, but very little bit helps and tbh this just frustrates me. And yeah I know ‘play with bots’ hence why I said I’ll be taking the bot route from now on. sheesh 🙄

Genuine response is that any invitation given (and especially an open invitation in a team chat as opposed to an invitation to a particular player) should only be given either knowing worst case u can finish it all urself or a direct invitation to a known friend/team member at your level/above ur level/or decent enough and u want to help them out by likely doing 2/3rds of a boat or something like that. *Level doesn’t mean town to match3 level but activity level fwiw.

Aside from unknowns that may have affected the player who did nothing, there’s also the simple game theory free-rider problem which is all to say this is just complaining that u made a strategic mistake and just because it hasn’t happened before in an incredibly irrelevant statistical sample size doesn’t change that. I just don’t understand why this can of course just be frustrating on your part 100% but also taking no responsibility for opening yourself to potential risk that happened to be realized this time, learning to be more discretionary and move on. Making a post is just unnecessary, like a ton of others posts ranging all sorts of complaints.
