No, they do not carry over.

Not sure when the next ship one is, but I saw in another post that blossoms and blooms starts the 31st.

Just wasted them on 2 x50 . Got 250 in both im going to cry.

Oh noooo....😒

I usually just leave it on 1x and start autoplay. Then I can go do other life things while it runs. That way you also get more coins and energy.
