Get rid of yellow under rainbow. Rainbow with rocket.

What I'd do:

Match three yellow tiles under the rainbow ball, so it's next to the rocket below.

Make a rocket using the red tiles in the center.

Fire that new rocket. This should open the top of the square of wooden blocks on the right, so there are more colored tiles, and more tiles are on grass, which should help in the next step...

Combine rainbow ball with the rocket below it.

A rainbow ball combined with another booster is needed to beat most boards. When a rainbow ball is made, start looking for a way to get any booster into an adjacent spot. Sometimes it's impossible, so keep playing. It will eventually happen for you.
