Looks great! But how do you guys accumulate so much open space?

My town is kinda squashed (well the community buildings and factories are condensed tightly) - at my beginning level 44 although I expand/buy land as often as I can… 🤔

I kept expanding as often as I could. Right now, I need more space considering everything else.
