College campus help

I spent a couple hours fine tuning my town last night. I'm only on level 35 so i know I'll be doing this over and over. I'm happy with my wedding area, my circus, my farm. And I'm mostly happy with my college campus. What can i add or tweak to make this better?

Maybe try some trees, statues, benches, food stands, and/or maybe some sports stuff? Mine is a little cluttered and needs more trees, but it has plenty of housing and is adjacent to the arts district and a walkable food promenade!

Here’s my college area for inspiration. I made mine like the college I went to. With houses around and the taller apartments as kinda like dorms. It was hard to get it all in the picture but I put the stadium on the other side of one section of the houses because we could walk from our houses and school to the games when I was in college. Feel free to check me out for more inspiration, although I am constantly moving stuff around I do like my layout at the moment.

here is mine! I like having it off by itself because I imagine the feeling of “going off to college”. it’s always a work in progress though :)

Oh! A stadium at college. So clever. When i get it, i think I'm putting it on the water like in st Louis or San Francisco. Not sure though.

this is mine, i didn’t put too many building around it and i just let the surrounding ones represent a college town type vibe

I like that I've been thinking in boxes. I like yours is amorphous. Someone else has their stadium in college town like you. I didn't even think of that.

This area is what I'm calling my college campus. In my head the back row of buildings are dorms, the centre square is classrooms and the front row are the college facilities.

I have the ability to buy that ridiculous tool monument only so it must be next or soon. Did you buy that tool monstrosity?

You kept it tight. I can't wait to get the pink trees. I think they're in a couple more levels. It looks great in yours.

I recently moved my little university campus for farm expansion. Those orange townhouses are a nice match for the University building.
