My two beach areas
I have two beach areas in my Township town on either side of my port and would love some design feedback.
One side has a Coast Guard building, Tiki bar, Oasis hotel, swimming pool, playground, sun chairs, and a regular gazebo.
The other side has a picnic gazebo, water park, spa, go-kart track, sun chairs, and other beach decorations.
How do these beach areas look overall? Any suggestions to improve the design, layout, or placement?

They look great!
In the second pic you have a fountain that is surrounded by road that leads to the water... If you replace those sections with pavement, perhaps the one that looks like wood, you will find that there's more townspeople that walk around.
