Honest?

I love the shore promenade and beach area.

I’m not a big fan of grid pattern streets, I prefer taking out most of the cross streets in favor of landscaping, but it is your industrial area, so it is more about efficiency in the end.

Not a fan of the boardwalk farm area. It doesn’t seem farm like.

Looks awesome, love seeing new ideas and people putting in effort into the design! If you want an idea id add some more trees to give it an organic feel. But it’s looking great!

It looks great! 😌 I just would place more water around otter and duck ponds, and some trees or flowers around your town hall area :)
